What types of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa debit / credit cards for online and telephone orders. All orders are processed using PayPal as our payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card, so if you don't have one simply follow the instructions and choose the default option of PayPal Guest Checkout. You can also use your PayPal account for a secure payment for online orders.

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?
Yes! You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

When will my order be delivered?
Please see our shipping options page for full details as it depends whether your order is being shipped to a UK address or overseas and for UK addresses which delivery option you choose. Click here for Shipping Options.

Does each order come with fixtures and fttings and instructions?
Each medal hanger comes complete with fixtures and fittings (screws and wall plugs). Each order comes complete with instructions that cover how to fit your medal hanger to a wall and how to hang your medals.

Where are your medal hangers manufactured?
All our medal hangers are designed and manufactured in the UK.
